MTV has a new show called HIRED. This show tracks candidates on their path to finding a job/career.

Seemingly designed for the twentyish crowd and recent graduates, HIRED is an inside look at candidates meeting with recruiters, going over resumes and the actual interview. You see who gets hired and why. You see who does not get hired and why.

So far, its just good knowledge in a cool MTV style, without jacuzzi hookup scenes. No Snooki no Jwow.
