New Entrepreneurial Interview Series Starting March 21
I am going through a variety of submissions to bring new, real, raw, and inspirational stories of people who have taken the plunge and changed careers.

Really, Why stay?
And don’t blame your kids or your mortgage.
If you have a great a story to tell, write me and tell me about it.
We may just include your story on the blog. Continue reading

Kell On Earth: Run Your Business Like You Mean It!
I like watching reality shows about entrepreneurs. Even if the background is a bunch of drama like on Blowout or Tabatha’s Salon Takeover or Kitchen Nightmares, there are lessons to be learned.
I tend to focus on the struggle of the entrepreneur. Employees are not vested in the enterprise beyond a paycheck. They have not mortgaged their homes, taken loans and have had to do what it takes to keep the doors open.
My new FAVORITE show is Kell on Earth. Its about Kelli Cutrone, owner of the mega popular fashion PR firm,People’s Revolution. The drama is that she yells at everyone. The part I love is that SHE GETS THINGS DONE.
I am a doer so I relate to her. in 12 years she has built an amazing business. She’s a mom. She’s a mentor. She’s a woman with clients who own the brands we aspire to own.
Check out the show.It just might give you the kick in the ass you need to run rather than respond to your business.
